• Refund processing will commence upon receipt of the returned product and completion of a quality check, typically taking 4-5 days, followed by an additional 2 working business days to issue the refund. • Full delivery charge refund will be provided if the received product is faulty or damaged, and all products from the order are returned simultaneously. If you choose to retain some products, a portion of the delivery charge corresponding to the retained products will be retained.
• To qualify for an exchange or refund, all items must be returned with their original packaging and intact inner packaging.
